For the price, the amount they give you is good but the size is way too big. Its not even really the size thats the issue its the coating and the shape, I have to order smaller ones because Id rather not risk choking every time I take this thing. I bought a pill cutter to cut it in half but when I did that both halves had sharp edges -_-

I hate the size of the pill. The last capsule I had was a different brand and easy to swallow. I wont order this brand again.

I have been taking this Suppliment since contracting Shingles in January, 2021. I have PHN, which means I have extreme, long-term pain. While L-Lysine doesnt ease my pain, it builds up my Immune System, which is critical to my health & recovery. Because I have an unusually bad case of Shingles, I take two of these pills in the am & two at bedtime. I just received my third order yesterday & it contained three (3) bottles at a very low cost. Im positive this Supplement is helping in my recovery. If you do any research regarding Shingles, youll find this Suppliment is highly suggested to take. Before contracting Shingles my Immune System was in very bad shape, due to having many Autoimmune Diseases & Syndromes. I wish I had known how important adding Supplements was to my diet. I now take many more Suppliments that my research has uncovered are important to my health. This Supplement is one you should be taking, even if you only take two per day. Used for years when I broke out with sores in my mouth from and antibiotic. Great product and just kept using.

When I feel the first tingle of a cold sore coming on , especially after a stressful time, this really helps to squash it quickly. The sonner the better. Combine with a topical lysine for best results. Taking them as a daily or every other day supplement also seems to prevent cold sores when under high stress, poor sleep, etc.
