Ive been using B6 for around 25 years. Got started using it when I was diagnosed with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. lf I forget to take a dose, Ill wake up with my arms asleep and my wrist area bothering me. Id rather do this then have surgery. EXPIRES: 7/2017

The reason that I bought these vitamins was because I was told if you take them you will have more vivid dreams. Well look no further! The first night I took them I dreamt very vivid dreams and even remembered some of them in the morning. This continued on for a couple of weeks and the feeling started to go away. I saw that spacing out the usage of the vitamins worked a little bit better for the effects that I was experiencing. Ive always enjoyed the Nature Made brand as well!

Wish Nature Made made a higher potency B6 vitamin... as in 250- 500mg!

Exactly as expected.

I have benign postural vertigo and this vitamin works well for me. My doctor told me to try out vit B6 100mg for a couple of weeks every time I get a flare of the symptoms. I tried without much hope but it does make a difference. Im taking one tablet every day in the morning.
