Nature Made CoQ10 200 mg, Dietary Supplement for Heart Health Support, 80 Softgels, 80 Day Supply

Like many people on here, I was advised to take supplementary CoQ10 because I take a statin, which tends to lower naturally occurring levels of CoQ10 in the body. I feel that most supplements you take out of faith and never really notice any effects, but with this supplement I actually do feel better. I feel more clear-headed and less fatigued, which makes sense because CoQ10 is a coenzyme that mediates ATP (i.e. energy) production in cellular mitochondria.

Ive taken CoQ10 since before Amazon existed. Our bodies need it but when over 50 our bodies dont produce what it used to. Also, its a MUST for anyone taking lipitor since lipitor blocks the production of CoQ10

They work as intended. One cant ask for much more than that. Also, on the plus side, they dont smell as repulsive as many other brands Ive tried. Thanks to CoQ10, I dont feel any of the muscle aches and weakness associated with Statins and have more explosive force than I did previously.

My cholesterol was through the roof and statin drugs gave me unbearable leg and foot cramping (at night). My doctor changed my prescription several times and finally gave up and took me off all statin drugs. She said that I was unable to tolerate them. Low and behold, I had to change doctors when my primary moved out of the State. My new doctor put me back on the cholesterol drugs and told me the cramping would go away if I took CoQ10. Wow, she was right! I have been taking the Crestor at night along with the CoQ10 and I have not had any cramping. I have always trusted Nature Made Vitamins. They are known to be consistent and reliable. They are working for me and I cant argue with success.

Works great for fatigue to begin with but it seems like you have to keep upping your dose to feel the energy boost. After 2 yrs I still take them for the heart health, made a big difference for the ache I was feeling.

I notice marked increase in energy. I took product for heart health. Researched it helps with energy now wonder I felt better

Doctors suggestion in combination with my specific med.

I take it with my anti-cholesterol drug. No side effect observed so far.

Have taken this for heart and brain health for years.
