Dissolve in your mouth

I love them. Taste good and dissolves fast. My hair isnt falling out and Im not so tired. Definitely recommend if you have a deficiency.

Easily dissolves, good flavor

Pros: Dissolvable, flavor is good, effective Cons: hmmm. Nope. Its a great supplement. This has a really good strawberry flavor. They dissolve in about 15 seconds. I also feel that with a dissolvable product, you dont have to worry about capsules or tablets breaking down sufficiently (which some do not). I decided that dissolvable products or liquids were best for me for absorption.
