Narrow mouth isn’t as good for my personal use. But other than that, it’s a good Nalgene bottle!

This rocks, make sure lid is sealed tight.

Exactly what I ordered and expected. Reduces the amount of plastic water bottles we use, it’s lightweight, and unlike other, bulkier water containers I’ve purchased for my husband in the past, this is the only one he has consistently used every day. Also, our 3 year old can drink from it and loves using Daddy’s water bottle. Very happy with the purchase. *Side note: standard, ice cubes from your freezer (half moon shaped) do fit through the narrower mouth! Some require a little force, but others drop right inside.

I wanted a narrow mouth bottle, and since I have other Nalgene bottles, I found this one. Its very easy to drink from, and I havent had any problems with it leaking, and I carry it in my hand or attached to my bag by the lid strap. I did replace the plastic lid strap with a paracord strap that I braided so that my big meat hooks for hands could hold onto it better when its not on one of my packs. The only downside is that since it is a narrow mouth bottle, it is hard to clean the neck, but that is easy to work around by using a baby bottle brush or putting it through the dishwasher.

Works well

The water stays inside and its easy to drink from. Wide mouth Nalgene bottles are made that way so you can break ice that forms inside with your ice axe. Who needs that besides people hiking in extreme cold? Very few people need that. The narrow mouth bottle is much easier to drink from. If other hikers see you using this bottle theyll know you are a hiker who knows what equipment you actually need.

When you are hiking and backpacking, you dont want to be lugging around heavier insulated bottles. Exactly the bottle I have packed for last decade or more for anything outdoors. Last forever and made in USA. Nalgene continues to do it right!

These bottles are sturdy and perfect for game days or working out. I own about 5 of them and they last until you loose them.

Love Nalgene, the wide mouth ones my bg always slammed on the breaks to mess with me. No more messes anymore.
