Greater than one weekI originally ordered this monitor because it checked all the boxes I was looking for! However, when I checked for dead pixels, there were a couple. Amazon sent me a replacement as a result, and when I checked the replacement for dead pixels, not only did the backlight go out within a week, but there was a hair stuck between the LCD and display.

> 3 dayAfter having this monitor for a few months coming from an equivalent ASUS(got damaged), it started having a red dotted vertical line going down the screen. This is a panel/ribbon cable quality issue and I will be returning to MSI for RMA with out of pocket shipping charges. I would not recommend this monitor. The quality was not terrible, but I would rather spend a little more and go with the ASUS again which had a much nicer image and I never ran into panel quality issues.

> 3 dayI bought this monitor as part of a custom built PC and Im absolutely blown away by the amount of real estate the screen can provide for programs. Its like having two 4:3 monitors side by side. The high refresh rate is a huge perk as well. The monitor can support DP and HDMI, I believe. This is good since most graphics cards come with one or the other, so this monitor should be compatible with pretty much any system. Something I found interesting was that, if you look really closely, the outer edges of the screen seem to curve away from the user. Its not noticeable unless youre really looking at it up close, but its there. It doesnt affect picture quality at all, and you shouldnt think you monitor came damaged if you notice this. Its simply how its built. Overall, 10/10.

09-11-2024Overall this is a beautiful monitor for gaming, got it today. However, I found it at a lower price same day of delivery on micro center for $379.99 and I figured amazon would price match no problem. Apparently Amazon DOES NOT PRICE MATCH, I would have never thought amazon would do that. What a disappointment, I would have never guessed amazon would be afraid of price competition. I already opened the box set it up and im sure amazon would just give me a hassle for trying to return it. Great monitor, terrible policy.

> 3 dayUpgraded to this after my previous monitor (30 in. Spectre ultrawide @ 2560x1080 200hz) died after 2 years of use out of the blue because the capacitors burnt out. After a bit of contrast and RGB calibration out of the box, the colors look even sharper than the Spectre. Definitely a lot less gray and more defined. The backlight bleeding the Spectre suffered from is also practically nonexistent in this one. Very even lighting through and through. FFXIV looks much more crisp at this resolution, to the point where Ive disabled most of the custom FXAA/bloom/blur shaders I previously used at 2560x1080 which helped hide the jaggedness. Overall quite happy with my purchase. I cannot elaborate on VA smearing and response times as I do not play FPS games, and this is perfect so far for my MMO + programming needs.

> 3 dayI have been using this monitor for approximately a year now and its an amazing monitor, especially for my first 1440p monitor. The curve is perfect as a dual monitor replacement and worked great w/ my KVM switch. Gaming picture quality and refresh rate are great for the price to performance ratio.

> 3 dayThe monitor came DOA (dead on arrival). Because I wanted this size and parameters, I asked for replace but in Colombia is not possible. Also there is no guarantee service with the local repair office because is purchased from Amazon and the guarantee is in US. The only option was to return it to Amazon. Very bad service from MSI and I really wanted to have this monitor but Im so disappointed now. After I return this monitor Ill buy another one but not MSI. I los trust with this brand really. If they have such quality you can imagine it can fail whatever moment and it can be outside of the warranty. Or maybe I have to send it to USA for repair which is non sense. They dont serve all they products in the local office!

> 3 dayA solid monitor for the price, but the one I received has had a few issues with picture quality. It appears after using an application with a white title bar that it has burned into the display overlaying any pixels in that space. This monitor has also had one pixel that was miscolored briefly and has had weird motion blur with dark colors in some cases. Otherwise this product is likely to be fine, though the motion blur can be a bit distracting at times.
