I bought this reptile carpet for a very unusual purpose: to cover some of my furniture. I know it sounds weird, but hear me out. I was looking for something that would protect my furniture from spills, stains, scratches, and dust. I tried shelf liner, but it was too thin and slippery. Then I came across this reptile carpet and decided to give it a try. And Im glad I did! This carpet is thicker than the shelf liner, durable, water-resistant, and easy to clean. It also has a nice texture that adds some style to my furniture. It was very easy to cut to size using the perforations as guides. I used it to cover my desk, my nightstands, and my file cabinet. It looks great (obviously I have a lot of black in my furnishings for it to match) and feels comfortable to the touch. My furniture is now safe from any accidents or damage. And the best part is, its much cheaper than buying new furniture or covers. I highly recommend this product for anyone who wants to protect their furniture or give it a new look. The quality is pretty good, easy to cut, simple to clean. Make sure you get multiple ones so that you can replace the dirty ones with clean ones while youre washing them!

My beardie likes it and seems comfy. Hes taken a nap in it. I havent washed it in the machine so I dont know how it will fair in it, but hand washing seems to do well. Looks as described and the blanket and pillow are soft.

We used this in our brooder for our baby quails it has grip and can be Under their heat lamp which is great and the coconut substrate they use to dust bathe in easily cleans off of it makes cleaning go a lot easier. Multipurpose material

My leopard gecko loves this Substrate. He sleeps on it! Havnt cleaned it yet but it is very durable I can tell! its perfect!

I have two leopard geckos for class pets, both in separate tanks. Loose substrate isnt good for them as they can ingest it, so Ive been using fabric cut to fit the cages. This works great, but I do have to launder it regularly, which is a pain for tanks that arent at my house. This mat is great because I can cut it to fit the tanks and it wipes clean easily. It isnt as soft as fabric, obviously, but leopard geckos in the wild (I believe in Iran?) typically bask on slate. They seem to like it, as they usually sleep during the day in their caves, but theyve been hanging out in the shade on the substrate.
