Edited- After removing the black piece, I was able to get it to work. I washed it on gentle cycle and the black piece came off, which actually helped quite a lot. In fact, I am now ordering replacement mop heads so I have some extras. The instructions were not helpful, but I eventually figured it out.

So heres the thing..... you cant leave it in water after a day. The material tears and itll just be a regular mop. Also, the snap come off and its not possible to put back on so I suggest once its new and out the box dont use it yet. Get sturdy ribbon and go through each loop, tying the ribbon in a tight knot at the top and do the same at the bottom of the mop. This will ensure it from becoming a regular mop. Once its a regular mop I just dont see the point of using it.

This is exactly what you pay for. Its not a super sturdy mop or mop head but is what you would expect for the price.

Liked extra heads and how easy to assemble

Still did not figure out to install one last piece, but still works good and long enough.

I love this item!!! The mop was super easy to assemble. The materials that came with the mop was great. I received two mop heads, the yarn on top was very thick, and at the end of the mop it was scrubber( for tough stains on the floor). The mop executed its duty, my floor was spotless.

The map seems to work fineasy to assemble. Wont say its the best map I ever got. But its not bad.

I hesitated and considered so many twist ring mops that my perspective on which one and then ones I was considering taking a change ordering had blurred. The hesitation stems from reading so many not at all great reviews about twist ring mops not ringing nearly enough or at all or even falling apart. Even reviews warning that users will only get a very limited number of uses before the mop falls apart or no longer hold water. I kept thinking to myself, just get a regular mop and spare yourself all the possible and likely stress when you end up not happy with the purchase. But, we all know, although use to traditional mops, they can be rather unpleasant to us -mostly because we will need to hand ring them -even with gloves, yuck! This particular mop, I must say, actually works, and after months of regular use, is still as it should be by design -still completely in tack, still rings and still absorbs! That is not to say that there are not any other good twist mops that actually works and lasts, but once you find a product that works, why get back into the necessarily choicey and chancey market for that product? By the way, this mop comes with 2 mop heads. I am still on the first. I sincerely hope that this helps you all to make an informed decision! I love love this mop. It’s sturdy, easy to put together and more importantly it does its job. I have used many twist mops and this one is just the best. So easy to use. Would recommend to family and friends.

Me agrada lo aparentemente fácil (para mí) de unir los tubos y enganchar la mecha para usarlo, solo que últimamente en mis 3 últimas entregas mensuales,los tubos los he recibido defectuosos y he intentado alternarlos para ver si mejora pero sin éxito, por favor verifiquen que los tubos del mapo se puedan unir y desunir sin tanta fuerza porque al escurrir la mecha no siempre se puede escurrir bien porque los tubos se ruedan y no escurre nada.
