Love it. Just traveled with it to Florida. Very pleased and way big.

Picked it up from baggage claim after the very first flight and first trip I ever took it on and the shell was cracked. I was expecting some scuffs and scratches based on other reviews but not complete damage. The color is great and it’s easy to wheel around but the quality and durability is so bad it’s not worth the money at all. Skip this one and save yourself the hassle and disappointment.

A big reason I purchased this luggage set was the 10 year warranty! When I tried to take a pic of UPC with item number & submit to the text code provided--it did not work. When I tried to enter the information on the website provided, it did not work. Finally, I figured it out! From their website I was able to locate the code for the 21 Moonlight Spinner--its 92504-8437, the 24 Moonlight Spinner code is 92505-4357. I was able to use the website to register the first suitcase and then easily register the second suitcase. I received separate confirmation emails on both suitcases--so now, Im good to go!

I am actively serving in the coalition Forces in ıraq. I bought this suitcase because it was about to time to return home, but unfortunately it eas damaged. I demand A refund.

I should have read the reviews and I would have been warned not to purchase this luggage. This luggage is not durable. When I picked it up on my first trip, two of the wheels were cracked (see photo). By the time I got to my hotel, one wheel was completely off and the shell was breaking apart. I was overseas and had to purchase new luggage just to make it home. I was duped by the name American Tourister, as Ive always had luck with the brand. I got my money back, but still had extra cost to buy a new bag. Dont make the same mistake I made!
