I received a bag with items crammed inside, not rolled up or neat like macrame purchases usually sre. It was obviously a returned item. The item quality is not in question, but the condition received.

> 3 dayThis product was great, but if youre like me, you will want those macrame string to look exactly as pictured (STRAIGHT, not curled/wavy). Obviously, this is due to being packaged, but its an easy fix. Just soak the strings in water, then lay out the macrame hangings on a flat surface, laying the strings straight, and let dry. Then they will look exactly as pictured.
