> 24 hourI saw the smaller kits with 10 and 18 bits at Home Depot in a cheap thin plastic container. So I went on to Amazon and saw this one with a much nicer box. Well the pictures are inaccurate. It seems the images shown in the product description with the rectangular box is the old product version. The new packaging is the same for all Milwaukee hole saw bits, just a very poorly designed flimsy plastic box. Mine came with all parts strewn about the box, instructions ripped and plastic pegs broken (see picture). Although this box is grossly under designed, the early reviews indicate the previous box had its own issues. My take, the product itself is great! Just get a packout to store it all and move along.

> 24 hourAs many of the reviewers have already stated the product pictured in the listing is of the older set with a different case. The case you receive now is garbage, I bought this set knowing this. However, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the peg system panel in the bottom is removable along with the container for the loose drill bits. I have already bought into the Milwaukee PACKOUT storage system, so I bought the ”PACKOUT 5-Compartments Small Parts Organizer” for my set. I used some Polyethylene (PE) foam that I laying around to keep the hole saws organized and I recycled the “Container” that came with this set to store the loose drill bits. I am very happy with the way it came out! Milwaukee sells a “ready to go” PACKOUT Hole Saw Set, however the set only comes with 6 hole saws. It took some effort, but now I have 22 hole saws in the same storage foot print. At the end of the day thanks to Amazon’s pricing, in total I still have paid less than MSRP for this “28-Piece” set including the extra PACKOUT storage box.

> 24 hourThe packaging they use is cheap and terrible not worthy to hold the hole saws

> 24 hourI have not purchased a Milwaukee product in years. I thought this hole saw kit would be a good purchase. Case is poorly designed with the spindles that hold the hole saws broken loose. I cannot see where these plastic spindles ever had a chance. The fixture that the spindles mount on have a very weak system of fastening spindle to mounting plate. I have yet to use the hole saws but I do expect them to be good as Milwaukee reputation suggests them to be. I suspect the marketing dept designed the case. It is pretty. It is useless. Send me a properly built replacement, Milwaukee. Please

> 24 hourShowed up in a case about half the size of the one shown in the pictures, it’s a Milwaukee case but rather generic not molded like the one shown. I kind of like it better I think but don’t like surprises stop being lazy and post the actual picture of what I will receive

> 24 hourI bought this set so I could quit going to Lowes and buying holes saws one by one. I finally had a reason to use this just yesterday. I needed to drill a 4 holes on some 2x12. The canter arbors are beefy and well built. They easily locked into the saw and locked into my drill. I am using a Dewalt 20V drill. I started drilling and as soon as the saw hit the wood, it bound and whipped the drill handle into the wall. Not what I was expecting. most of my other hole saws are Dewalt and do not have this problems. Once I got the saw really working - several bangs into the wall and having my hand forcefully spun around due to the binding - it worked well. The hole it made was smooth and nice. The wood puck as very easy to get out of the saw. The teeth showed little of no wear after 5 holes. Were it not for the binding, I would have given them 5 starts across the board.

> 24 hourThe case is not the same as in the picture. It is not nearly as good as the one in the picture.

> 24 hourI ordered this kit due to needing a couple different sized hole saw cutters to put in some dead bolts. I had purchased Milwaukee cutters prior to this but just purchased the individual cutter for the job at hand. I did decide to buy the 28 piece kit because I liked the idea of having all my cutters in 1 easy container to carry to a job and believe this kit will contain every cutter I will ever need. It does. It has every cutter size I needed and probably ever will need. The container is well built and appealing. I didnt know how the drive system to the cutters had changed since I purchased my last individual cutter. The new system has threads in the base of the cutter with 2 pins that are threaded into the cutter from the drive shaft that holds the drill bit. This is the best system Ive seen. I also believe these cutters will take many cuts through metal or wood before beginning to dull. Its a lot of money but its probably the last hole saw kit you will ever need unless you use them daily. Im very satisfied with this kit.

> 24 hourThese things rock but I had quite a time getting going. I needed to cut 4 holes in 1 3/4 inch depth of ply. A couple of notes 1) you cant tell from the pic but the bits are not 1/4 hex, they are 9/16 or some odd size..... good luck finding an adaptor to get these working with a regular 1/4 hex driver. First I tried a hex nut to make the connection but it was too wobbly. The Dewalt chuck adaptor for the 1/4 hex didnt work either (too small and it sucks) and there doesnt appear to be an adaptor for s4s max either....... hmmm, surely something I have out there will run these things...... finally I pulled out an old dewalt drill that had a big enough chuck to hold the bits and I was off to the races. 2) Do the chuck up tight! 3) Make sure you are holding the damn drill with both hands, nice and strong, things can get wild with the bigger hole cutters and they can lock up really suddenly if you shove too hard or drop sideways, giving the drill and your arm a good twist. I found that the drills cut a nice clean circle in laminate without chewing the edges, which was pleasing. Overall great tool.

> 24 hourIts disappointing that the product arrived in a different case than pictured on the website. The case in which the bits arrived is flimsy and does not keep things organized. Its basically like using an old, plastic lunchbox to carry around your drill bits. The robust-looking case was one of the reasons I selected this drill bit set. I already had a pile of hole saw bits but wanted to buy this set to have all of them in one organized location rather than digging through tool bags. Now Ive got a lunchbox of bits to dig through. Oh well, it was worth a try.
