> 3 dayI havent sewn much since I purchased this item and until I thought of a new use it had been more of an out-of-sight-out-of-mind victim than a useful tool. I find walking around the bed, up one side and down the other, over and over until the bed is finally made very tiring and often wished for an easy way to keep the various layers together. I thought the blanket pins purchased here were the answer but theyre difficult to get through layers, even with some sharpening, and they do poke holes in the sheets, so their use is limited to certain spots. I thought Micro Stitch might be the answer but the tacks arent long enough to fasten several layers. Where Micro Stitch has excelled is on the bottom-most layers. I was able to tack the fitted sheet to the mattress pad all the way around and the top sheet to the bottom sheet all the way across the bottom and partially up both sides. There is some straightening that has to be done in the morning but its far less now, and I find the tacks are easy enough to remove although there is a dedicated tool for the purpose if you dont mind paying the difference to purchase it from a source in Great Britain.

Greater than one weekBest tool ever. Bought this after seeing it on TikTok. Totally recommend it for shirts, dresses that you might need a pin normally to close or might be too low on the cleavage. Works incredible. It comes with clear and black fasteners.

Greater than one weekI am a skilled sewer (personally own 3 sewing machines) so one would think Id have no use for this product...wrong! Ive had it 1 day and am already wondering how I did without it. For quick jobs that only require a stitch or 2 it is way faster than threading a needle. Plus it anchors better than a knot in lose woven fabrics. I was honestly surprised by the ease of use as well as how undetectable they are. You really have to look close to realize that its not thread. For those of you wondering what it is exactly (as I was), its the same as a tagging gun except that the little pieces of plastic are tiny. ***Quick tip...if you are working with a light weight fabric and want the stitch to hold tighter, take the needle back through the fabric on the same side you entered (think of pinching the fabric and poking the needle through both plies) then squeeze the trigger to send the tack through.

Greater than one weekIts so handy for quick fixes! Ive used it to put a few stitches in to keep sleeves cuffed, tack down some long tang top straps so it fits better, and pin a dress closed because it didnt cover the boobs well. Great product. Not perfect but it does the job. Its hard to believe they dont make/sell these anymore. The packaging is clearly old and its way overpriced now, but I scoured the internet looking for alternatives and they just dont exist.

11-11-2024This is a must have tool. Perfect for putting a quick stitch on a top that opens up. I used to use a safety pin for this, but this tool is so much better. Super easy and you can’t see the stitch.

> 3 dayThis lives up to all the social media hype. Has saved the day twice on wrap tops that like to never stay closed. And I even used it to connect two drapery panels that I use as a decorative shower curtain.

> 3 dayHandy tool, although expensive. Use it to close up my shirts in the front when they are cut alittle too low.
