I bought this mop two years ago and it recently felt like there was clogged. No liquid would come out. I contacted Beyoco to see if they had any suggestions as to how to fix it or if they even had heard of this issue in the past. They said that even though the warranty had expired they would send a replacement. Three days later one arrived. It took 3 days because of the weekend. Now thats customer support.

I recently saw this product on a YouTuber channel and decided to give it a try, and I’m so happy I did. I have spent quite a lot on replacement wipes for another brand mop, and thought that this may save some money in the long run. It does wonders on my tile and wood floors. Definitely will purchase again.

I have a Libman and usually carry a spray bottle around with me as I clean my hardwood floors but I am never sure where I left the bottle. So this was a lot easier to have the bottle on the mop itself and worked well. The pads were very thick, the thickest I have ever seen and very firmly gripped on the mop head. Overall I am very happy with this mop and wholeheartedly recommend it!

Purchased to clean up after our pup (she drinks and leaves dribbles). It works well to quickly clean up. Handy that you can use your own solution and that the pads are washable. It’s not fancy, but this has been a great addition to cleaning up the hardwoods floors.

First time I used it the nozzle dribbled the cleaning solution even if my hand wasnt near the trigger. I will jigger this and fiddle with that and give it another chance. Ill update this if I have to return it. UPDATE 5/16 I jiggered this and fiddled with that and after a couple of this and that it doesnt leak.

I love that I can use my own soap in it instead of buying expensive inserts of cleaner solution. My floors look great. The pad is easy to wash

I got this mop to replace my broken stiffer. The handle is stronger than the swifter but still feels a bit flimsy. I have found that I mop more often with this mop because I don’t have to worry about buying more cleaning wipes and I like how it’s more environmentally friendly because of that. I also like that I have way more options for scent since you add your own cleaning solution.
