My cats love little wool balls and its the only thing they actually play with. I got these because they kept loosing the single one they did have. Now they have more and can play with them if they loose one.

We have hard, slick floors and our 9 month old kitten loves to roll balls on them. Which is great during the daytime, but at night (while we sleep) she still loves to play and regular balls (harder plastic ones) become very noisy. (Each night I usually spend several minutes, before sleeping, locating all the noisy toys.) These softer balls are a life saver - still roll fast and are very quiet! They seem quite durable and we can sleep..she loves them...what more could I ask for. (The picture is Kitty exhausted after chasing a couple for about 15 minutes..and collapsing.)

These balls are perfect for our 10 lb dog. We dont let her chew on them- she chases them and then returns to us to get another toy. The reason why I did not give them a 5-star review is because I was looking for something natural without chemicals. These are packaged with moisture packet that have a horrible chemical smell! Or possibly something that is put on the balls themselves? I had to wash these three or four times before the smell left and I felt safe giving them to my dog. I would not purchase again simply for that reason.
