It was easily installed or removed by a non-licensed medical person, (Only had the use of one hand). After many uses over several months, 4 - 6 times per 24 hour period. It seems to hold up well. So far the velcro still adheres well to itself.

Works well - hot and cold. Would recommend.

I bought this a few years ago and still love it. I keep it in the freezer at all times and use it mostly whenever I have a headache. You can also use it as a heating pad but I prefer to just keep it in the freezer since I already have a heating pad.

This is a replacement for the one lost while on vacation. Works well. It does get frosty and damp. I use a small towel between it and my bandaged foot.

Nice packs and they stay cold a long time. Sleeve is a nice bonus, works well on my knee. I would buy again if needed

Havent had a chance to use it yet, but it looks tough and should work on several body parts.
