Sear, indirect, smoke, etc etc. This Vortex does it all. Just when you think you can do it all with the kettle grill, Vortex adds another dimension to your grilling experience. Works perfectly for chicken wings, thighs, burgers, the list goes on and on. Excellent product!!

I was surprised at how small it was. But it was made of quality stainless steel. After doing a “burn off” of the stickers and oil’s,I used it the next day for chicken quarters with indirect heat. Half full of pre lit coals and and a chunk of applewood in the middle and we had juicy,delicious smoked chicken. Love this product so far. I will see how long it lasts.

I bought this specifically to crisp chicken wings on the grill. Worked to perfection. Would definitely recommend if other methods have left the wing skin rubbery.

Ive used it once grilling a chicken. And I was very pleased with the way the chicken turned out. I would buy this vortex again if nothing else just to grill the chicken with.

A bit pricey for a piece of stainless steel that will lose its luster after the first use. But, this is a game changer for any charcoal grill user when it comes to fast, crispy chicken, ribs in about 2 hours and searing capacity of a jet engine on your steaks.

Ive had my vortex for 2 days now. Seared steak with indirect finish to a medium rare perfection. Also grilled chicken wings. Skin was crispy with a delicious smoke flavor. Highly recommend the vortex!

Ive bought 3 of these for 3 different Kettles, I think its the best attachment you could get for one. The wings and anything else turn out amazing!
