We just got a new (rescue) hound, and boy can she pull. This leash is excellent for all our walking needs, when she suddenly sniffs another dog or a rabbit and starts lunging. Were only 24 hours into being her forever home, but boy this leash has already been useful. When i took her into work today (Im a Vet), we had to navigate around a few other waiting pets, this leash was perfect for a close grip when necessary and a longer lead when appropriate. Plus, the padding on the handles is perfect.

I’ve always used retractable leashes thinking they provided better control than a standard leash because I was able to use the retract option. I have a 4yr old male 70lbs dog bred to search, track & dig animals out of burrows & he’s all muscle. W the retractable leash I didn’t have sufficient control w him. I found this leash & have loved this products esp bc they donate to shelter animals. This leash gives me the ultimate control I need w my pup. With handles at 2,4 & 6 feet I can easily walk him at a long distance and pull him in quickly bc the handles are so close together. Plus the durability of the leash also gives me the upper hand over him. I also love the D ring for the dog waste bags I can attach to it. I honestly can’t saw enough good things about it. This is def a must have esp for large dogs.

Love this leash. I thought having two traffic handles on the leash might be overload but its excellent. I have a Pyrenees rescue who had never walked on a leash prior to my adopting her. This leash was so helpful in working to train her how to heal and not pull all while keeping full control over the situation. And the handles are all well padded so if your does suddenly pull your hand is cushioned and you have a good grip. Its also got a metal ring near the main handle thats great to hang dog baggies, carabineer, etc.

I have a 65 pound dog in an apartment building in Manhattan, NYC, where sidewalks are busy with people. The leash material is strong and the multiple handles allow me to keep the dog close in tight situations while allowing him more space whenever possible.

I bought this leash to use with my energetic 7 month old German Shepherd who tends to pull. The padded handles felt like cushy memory foam and were extremely comfortable. I really love this leash. I was surprised by how much of a difference I could feel during a walk versus the cheapie leash I had been using previously.

This is my second purchase from Max & Neo. My first (2 handle) leash lasted several years. When I looked for an update I was pleasantly surprised to find a 3 handle leash. I had always wished there was another handle between the 2 on my old leash, they must have read my mind! This is perfect and helps me control my dog when she pulls.

Love this leash so much Im back for a second (two dogs=two leashes). I was on the fence about the two vs. three handles and Im so glad I went with this one. Excellent quality, the cushioning on the handles is comfortable and the reflective feature is great. Also, buy one and they donate one to a great cause. Our adopted puppies give two thumbs (paws) up to that!
