Max & Ruby - Springtime for Max & Ruby

This is our second video of Easter with Max & Ruby. Our DVD player actually messed up the first one and since we enjoyed it so much, had to get another one. One of the best lesson learning videos.

My twins (21mo) love this DVD and can watch it over and over and over again. They are picking up new words too like gorgeous, robin, cupcake, and others. I like the short segments and love the brother-sister relationship. I will definitely buy more.

Hard to find, sometimes, movies for kids that arent run of the mill. This little move they loved cause theyd never seen ads or previews of it, so was nice to feel like I got something they didnt already have.

3yr old loves this movie, came sooner than expected also!

Five stars for all the Max and Ruby dvds My niece is 4 now and still loves to watch them!

Easter with Max & Ruby DVD features 12 great episodes of one of the most beloved animated series for kids. Its extremely entertaining and it mainly focuses on the springtime theme. My three years old daughter loved it and keeps playing it: it really keeps her nailed to her chair for quite a while with really good episodes to choose from. This DVD absolutely met my expectations in terms of quality.

Its true that it took some adjustments to get used to the new voices of Max & Ruby, especially in the first few episodes. I think the voice of Max stays the same except for when it was in the first story. The last six episodes were of the original voices. My 5 y.o. girl and 3 y.o. boy love it!!! My son especially like the new voices of the toy robots. He would laugh at the sounds everytime he watches it. The new voice of Ruby grew on me, and I got used to it. I do understand for those reviewers who love the original voices. Roger actually speaks and say a few more words than Uh-Huh. Im not sure if this is good or bad, but my kids again think its funny. They would say Roger speaks! I thought the quality of the video and artwork were good and I didnt feel that this video is cheaply put together. My family especially enjoys the Rubys Easter Bonnet, Rubys Scores, and Max Meets Morris stories. Oh, the story about the Beach is good too. Anyways, were glad that more Max & Ruby videos are coming out, because I especially am tired of watching the same old ones.

What do you think off when someone asks: No slumber party is complete without ...? Pillow fight, board games, lemonade, jumping on beds? Not in this show. Here is what the authors put in the mouth of Ruby: 1 fashion magazine 2 makeover 3 catwalk If you want to bring up your kid to be a slave to fashion and consumption. Lets watch this dvd often. Otherwise stay away. Better check out the Backyardigans.

This is an awesome video that my toddlers (1 & 3) love to watch over and over again!! Max and Ruby never disappoint!
