Mane n Tail and Body Shampoo 1 Gallon

This is not a magic shampoo that grows hair. It is full of grease that weighs hair down and clogs the scalp. Horse hair is very different from human hair. I tried it once and all it die was make my scalp greasy and the rest of my hair was a dry tangled mess.

Both the shampoo and conditioner are the greatest. I have used them for years and now that I found the gallon size on Amazon Smile I will order it this way from now on. Amazon Smile allows me to donate to my favorite rescue so its a win, win situation. This product does not have a real scent just fresh. SO you can wear whatever scent you want and you dont have to wear extra to over power these products. They leave your hair shiny, soft, managble and no residue. I also use this on my dogs. My female has allergies and I can use this with no ill side effects. Their coats are soft, shiny and they smell clean not like perfume. I LOVE THESE PRODUCTS. I recommend them to everyone. This product is a great catchall for anyone with pets of any size. We use ours for our dogs, cats, and in a pinch, for ourselves. Great Product.

Bought it on sale for shampoo for my long hair. It’s pretty darn good shampoo for sure. I have “normal” hair where I can go a two days without my hair looking greasy. It really does a good job cleaning my hair, I can hear my hair squeak as I exit the shower. I would suggest if you have longer hair to use a conditioner on your hair to help with the tangles. I do towel dry my hair so that could also be bit of a factor with my tangles.

I bought this for my pit bull mix. I give her frequent baths due to going to the dog park on a daily basis. It smells great and doesnt seem to dry out her skin. I would recommend getting a pump for it though because the shampoo is thick and comes out thick. You cant just pour it into your hand because a lot comes out. Ill only buy this for my dog now because its way cheaper than dog shampoo. I highly recommend (but definitely buy a pump for it for easy dispensing unless youre buying it to refill a current bottle).

Excellent product. Have used this shampoo for years. Purchased in this size to save money and availability. Got tired of waiting on my usual vendor to restock. With this amount, Ill have enough for a long/long time.
