The item was apparently used. I returned the item 3-4 weeks ago and have yet to receive my refund!

The product was missing the long handle for the large duster and not able to use. Too much trouble to return.

Better than expect

This is a great product. I especially purchased it for my car. Quickly I can knock off the offending dust. So nice.

The micro-fiber brushes arent thick enough and are rather light weighted... so they dont pick up dust like the old version that i had from an alternative brand. Also its plastic handle keeps coming off or shifting... overall, this is something made to look good online but disappointing when you use it... I have no idea where all this other positive reviews come from!?
