I bought this backpack less than a year ago and there are already holes in it. The holes are in the zipper and make it incredibly difficult to open. The frayed strands of fabric get stuck in the zipper and I cant get it open. Very frustrating considering I wear it in and out of work and it sits on the floor the rest of the time. Not at all pleased with how well this product held up.

Love it, very spacious and lots of pockets

My senior bought this backpack for school. After using many backpacks in the past, this is by far her favorite. It is January and it still looks as good as new. It has held up very well. She loves the large opening so she can easily slip her computer inside and access anything down at the bottom easily. It has numerous pockets, so it keeps all her supplies well organized. We highly recommend! She will definitely be using it for college next year.

This bag is amazing! So many pockets and compartments. Fits my 15 inch laptop and a 17 keyboard with room for a few note books and there is still extra room. The top has a sturdy frame which help keep the bags shape. Super comfortable straps this one is a winner!!!

I am a bigger girl, around 56 and weighing 200 pounds. I have broad shoulders and the straps were just way too tight even with extending them as far as I could. Not to mention, the backpack feels uncomfortable after putting in my laptop, notebooks, and water bottle. I did love how the bag looked on a sense of material, but I never thought how it would affect me as to not being skinny and possibly short. I will be returning this only because it doesnt go with my body and it looks like Im carrying a kids backpack from elementary school

Satisfied with the purchase. Holds much more than it appears to be able to hold. Pockets are well placed for great storage for items of all sizes. The only reason I rated a 4 is because it takes 2 hands to zip it quickly. The ends of the zipper tread are not attached to the bag so the end has to be held to pull the zipper past the unattached part. This design does allow the top to open fully so I understand why it’s made that way.

Very sturdy…..can stand up on its own….straps and zippers very well constructed. Great alien for the $
