Love this bag. I have used it a few weeks now for work and travel. I love all the organization of this bag. While some bags on amazon have a side zipper on the back, the others just open a to the main area this opens to a pocket. I think it looks nice and is well made. I feel like the interior pockets keep many things in place. I like the water bottle spot to hold my refillable water bottle (which mine is bigger than a disposable one in diameter)

I was very excited to get this bag, but when it came, it was clearly used. When I checked the pockets, I found someone elses belongings including: a lanyard from a school with keys on the chain, used lipstick, two hair clips, an apple charging base, and some prescription glasses. Clearly someone had returned it after using it and it was then sent to me. This is so unhygienic and a very unwelcome surprise. In addition to this, the included charging port that was supposed to be made into the bag was ripped out and one of the zippers was jammed. I am very disappointed because I had planned to use it for an event I am traveling to tomorrow. I bought one for me, and one for my friend (except hers was the pink and ivory). Luckily hers was new and in good condition. I returned it and requested a replacement.. I hope when my new one ships it is ACTUALLY new...

This backpack is awesome I work at home and go into the office, this bag is perfect I’m so glad I purchased it.

Perfect for work or use daily. There are many compartments to store everyday items that you would carry daily. I have received so many compliments

So far so good. It fits a lot of stuff. My daughter uses it as her school backpack and it’s always loaded bc her school doesn’t offer lockers. It carries so well it doesn’t feel as heavy as her old regular backpack. Plus it stylish and actually looks good without any bulkiness. I just ordered the bigger one for myself
