Love Everlasting

This movie is awesome, Im so glad I found this while walking through a shop in Nauvoo. I was kinda curious about it and then watched it on amazon prime and loved it! I ordered it online so I could own a physical copy. It is a great movie where the two main characters are equally main characters. You learn so much about both of them that neither of them is more of a main character than the other. Its definitely a great movie that seems to have gone under the radar.

(spoilers) The plot of the movie is just like any other out there. Strange boy meets strange girl in strange circumstances, they fall in love and something terrible happens to pull them apart because clearly the writter and director thought their already tramatic life was too good for the main characters, Bridger and Clover, to have a happy ending. The plot moves quickly, too quick in my humble oppinion, one moment theyve just met and she isnt sure of him and the next theyve built a relationship based on the mutual fact that they both have scars on their bodies and they both love the book Pride and Prejudice-a great foundation for dating! But, in all seriousness its a very heart warming movie and fits right in with A Walk to Remember or The Fault in Our Stars...just with a bad script and acting. I consider this movie to be one of the best bad movies Ive ever found on Amazon Prime and that says a lot because I am a big fan of bad/cringey movies and tv shows! So in all, this is just the movie I needed to cry out any frustrations from my day(week) and laugh about how bad it truly was making the ending to my day good.

A bit like A Walk To Remember. Predictable but sweet. The title is rather obvious and cheesy. The beginning is very abrupt. Codependent mother putting her ill son at risk with what has apparently been a string of abusive boyfriends. An angsty teen misfit love story with a sad ending like so many these days (Fault in Our Stars etc). Some of the acting was rough. But it still managed to make me have feelings. The redheaded friend was almost intolerably obnoxious. I wanted Clover to slap him for his misogyny. The teens didnt act or talk like teens. Character development was a bit thin...no reason that boy would like Pride and Prejudice much less love it. We know nothing about him except he has a heart problem, fixes cars and hates school. His mother is an uneducated waitress who shacks up with drunkards. And yet...he reads Jane Austen? I call bullshiz. But all in all it is much like a Hallmark movie. So if you like no brainers with plenty of sap this is for you. Didnt hate it. Pleasantly surprised by Luckys attempt at carrying as the lead. Not awful. Cinematography was lovely. Director seems to be more of a camera guy than a writer. But kudos for pulling it off okay.

This was such a surprise, I didnt know what to expect when I started watching it but man was this one heck of an emotional roller coaster. I highly recommend watching this movie but please, have tissues handy!

I would give this movie a 0, but since that is impossible I gave it a 1. It was a cliche upon a cliche. The acting, music, and script were ridiculous. Its only redeeming quality was watching the lead actor being handsome.

I was pleasantly surprised by how captivated I was by this film. The acting was superb by everyone. Of course Emily Proctor if just awesome as usual, and so sweet, bubbly and sexy as she is always. Even the bully, who we hated was well played. The whole feel of the movie was just great and had a very good message, if you can see it. This could have been longer and I would have wished it to be a mini series. It also helped that it was filmed that it was filmed in my home state, and I recognized much of it. My only criticism is the ending... Cant we just have people living happily ever after for once. The ending I saw coming a long way off, I just hoped it wouldnt take the same of BS ending by taking away a great story with a cheap and common ending. That is my only issue with this film. It is a great movie to watch with anyone.

Average acting, below average plot, below average directing. Dont waste your time. In one scene you can clearly see his dark roots coming through.
