I like the fact that they’re long and pretty durable because I have three elementary school children who are doing school online and we often have to keep their iPads plugged in.

Product works great and is very durable

I bought a two pack of the 10 ft charging cord. Three months later one of them stopped charging. There is no visible damage to the cord or connectors. When first plugged in, the charging icon shows that it appears to be charging but a couple hours later the charging icon is gone and the device is not charged. I have tried multiple devices with multiple receptacles and multiple charging modules, then confirmed the problem does not exist with other cords. Its definitely the cord! I contacted the seller. The seller’s response was to take a picture of the problem so they can confirm the issue before they can fix the problem. Is it me or does that seem to be a poor customer service response and an even more ridiculous request? Addendum.....to be fair, the company has since contacted me and has said they are sending new product. Last update.....received another two pack from the vendor. Both work great. They fixed the problem so I have raised the rating to three stars.

I purchased these cords in July 2021. I haven’t needed to use them often. They each worked for a few charges. However, they now don’t work at all. I have tried them in different devises and the plug fails to make contact. I was left at work with a phone at 25% power and no way to charge it. This is an inferior product and I don’t recommend purchasing it.

First one broke and ordered a second one. These broke as well! Do not order, there is something wrong with them and you’ll be out a couple bucks you could have used on a legit charger.

I love these cables, but I am rough on them. So be careful with the lightning end. e.g. bending, kicking, stepping on etc.

I have to buy these things like once a year so I will see how durable the will be. Great length and charges quickly.
