I have used liquid IV for about 3 years now. One every morning to get me hydrated for the day.

My husband is totally into forcing me and my son into pouring these electrolyte powders into our water to help hydrate. We always pretend to drink them. This is the first and only one that my son and I like. Flavors are great. Passion fruit is our favorite. Apple pie is pretty good as well They ginger one is not for us!

I play disc golf so I am out in the hot sun for hours on end. I use this stuff especially when I am playing in tournaments which last from 8-10hrs for 2 rounds. I could walk 6-8miles playing in the sun all day up hills, down hills, through the woods you name it with temps 80-100F. When I started using this I no longer get muscle cramps from dehydration and have more energy to finish the rounds. i went from drinking tons of water and Gatorade to carrying only a few bottles and adding this stuff. I turn a lot of people on to this stuff because it works!!! last week a guy on my card was getting head aches from being out in the sun temp was 85F no wind and very humid. I gave him 1 and he mixed in to his water. He couldnt thank me enough because his headache had gone away in about 15mins.

This is an excellent product for all hydration needs, from general sports and exercise to health related hydration challenges. Add it to purified water and youre good to go. No comparison.
