Liquid I.V. Hydration Multiplier + Immune Support, Easy Open Packets, Fresh Tangerine Flavor | 14 Sticks

I love this product. I have had heat exhaustion and at my age (75) it takes longer to recover but this speeds up the recovery time for me. I can only drink so much water but IV Boost gives you what your body needs to recover. The big part is it is low in sugar (11g) which is important for diabetics. This also has Zinc which helps the immune system. Now I do not mix a cording to the instructions. Usually, the flavoring in these types of products is overdone (very strong) so I use A Smartwater bottle of 23.7 Fl Oz instead of the recommended 16 Oz. at this mix ratio I can drink the entire bottle in just a few swallows.

The lesson I have learned about hydration additives is use as much as you need. I run ultras, not all the time, but enough. I also tend to run in the heat. This is not what I use when I run. I use something unflavored because I personally dont like flavors if my water gets warm. I use this before the run to make sure I start out hydrated. Generally I use a packet to about 20 oz rather than the 16oz it says. The flavor goes a long way. Its good stuff. I keep it stocked.

I drink this on the regular. Great to drink during workouts. But Ive also found that its good to drink if youve had a bit too much alcohol and you become dehydrated.

This Tastes great. Comparing the labels of this one, orange flavor immune support, to the lemon lime electrolyte, the immune support has the same qty of vitamins and minerals but then also has vitamin C and zinc. For less than $2 more thats worth it!

I love plain water, so don’t usually like the flavor stuff. However this brand actually tastes good and has added benefits which is great! I love using them on workout days or days I know I’m not getting my normal water intake.

Have also used Drip Drop and didnt notice a difference in price, ease of use or quality. Get more packets with Drip Drop for less money. Would recommend it over Liquid IV.

I bought this for my brother because he was doing a lot of outside work. He has health issues so being dehydrated was a definite problem. He doesnt like other sports drinks so finding an alternative was necessary. I finally found it. He loves the taste and this has become his go to drink.

I love Liquid IV and I love that I can order it on Amazon! This flavor, Tangerine, is one of my favorites and I love the added benefit of Vitamin C! Would purchase again!!

I’ve been using liquid iv products for at least 2 years and they are all great. This immune support is doing wonders! Newborn grandson keeping us all our toes and sleepless and I’ve been able to ward off the usual cold that comes when I’m sleep deprived. HIGHLY recommend this product.
