I bought this to travel to all inclusive resort in Punta Cana for my wedding and stay hydrated.It keep me hydrated as it was supposed to peed often and I didn’t have any hangovers for the five days while I was there. I took this every morning. However, I got sick of the flavor really quick. I would recommend you buy the variety pack because this taste like coconut fruit punch. If you’re an ingredients person I add in a picture of the back of the bag.

I love punch, I love Liquid IV, and this is a tasty hydration drink.

Houston, Texas has experienced high temperatures (100+ deg. F) in July and August. Maintaining hydration during this time was a concern - since I started using Liquid IV, heat stress problems have been reduced sizably.

This is really important if you don’t drink enough water. It really hydrated and has necessary electrolytes. All the different flavors are marvelous. I happen to love watermelon.

This flavor is great. I’m not sure if I notice a huge difference in energy but drinking one per day feels healthy and buying in bulk is a good value.

I love Liquid IV! I decided to buy it on Amazon because its hard to get at our local grocery store (often sold out). I was very let down by the Tropical Punch package though. A good portion of the serving packets were nearly empty! I had purchased another flavor and that order was consistent and didnt have any shorted servicing packets. Seems very hit and miss.

This tastes exactly like the cream soda flavor of Dum Dum suckers. It is fairly sweet. You may want to try one of the other flavors if you are looking for something not as sweet or dont like that particular flavor. The last bit of the glass was starting to be a bit much for me and I definitely have a sweet tooth. I cant compare it to any other flavors as this was my first try of this brand. I will be trying a different flavor next time since this isnt what I was looking for flavor wise.

These are the best when you are feeling like you have not had proper hydration. I use these 2x a week to make sure I am at least staying in the healthy hydration range!

This product was a life saver during my spouse’s Chemo Infusions! She loves that taste & more importantly it keeps her hydrated - highly recommend

Very easy to mix and has a great taste. I buy them for our firemen to drink while on fire calls. All flavors go over well with the guys.
