Great to help after a couple of drinks. Could taste better but works amazingly!

I live in Texas and these really help from getting dehydrated. Only problem was I was sent the wrong flavor.

It seemed like no matter how much water I had each day that it was never enough and sometimes I would get busy and would only be able to finish one of my 40oz bottles. After getting this I KNOW that I can easily finish one and Ill be fine. I no longer feel dehydrated and have already ordered like 100 more. Plus, because of the flavoring, I actively want to finish more than one. This stuff helped a ton and is a literal life saver. I have it everywhere now. At the office, in the car, in the backpack, at the house, I love this stuff.

Great product for travel and perfect alternative for workouts! Flavors are a personal preference as there are quite a few to choose from. Keep a few extra on hand for others to try!

I have always struggled with dehydration no matter how much water I drink. I have Dysautonomia and I am always trying to stay hydrated. I get to points where my skin (especially on my hands) will literally just start cracking. I stumbled upon Liquid I.V. a few years ago and I said, what have I got to lose? Well I know its going to sound insane. But I drink Liquid I.V. daily now on top of a ton of water and whenever I have the Liquid I.V. within a few hours I can literally see my skin change drastically. The chapped lips, the dry skin, and dry mouth; all gone. This product is not a gimmick. I cant stress enough that you HAVE to have your regular water intake of course but Liquid I.V. is a lifesaver that is worth every penny.

I love these! I usually put it in more than the recommended 16oz of water. The flavor is less pleasant in 16oz but not terrible. The acai berry is my favorite flavor, I didnt care for the others but they were still drinkable. They really do help and I love that they dont have all the sugar that traditional sports drinks do. Added bonus- they are a miracle after a night of drinking!
