> 3 dayI read such good things about this monitor—but I guess it all depends what youre used to. Maybe the people who rave about this monitor havent owned ones that were much better...? Mine arrived today, and Im finding it entirely mediocre. This is a 24 monitor—not big at all by todays standards—so the pixels should be relatively small, close together, and less noticeable. But on this one, the pixelation (screen door) effect right out at me, even sitting a few feet away. Text is especially indistinct. I wouldnt want to use this for any text-heavy applications. Colours range from somewhat muted to unremarkable. Id read that IPS monitors like these had superior colour to the more common TFT panels, but its not true in this case. At default settings, my other monitor, a 10-year-old 24 Samsung TFT, blows this one out of the park. This seemed like an especially good deal. Im giving it 3 stars because of the low price—but Im going to return it and order something pricier, with better specs. Lifes too short to squint. :?|

> 3 dayThe CPU/GPU is the old chip used for 22 Goldstar and 22 LG monitors. Its confusing and disappointing because its not offering the full range of the 16:9 possibilities.

> 3 dayPerfect for what I needed, just wanted extra screen for when working from home. Attached to laptop & set up screen location & good to go. Great quality picture. Can’t complain. No idea if it’s good enough for gaming as it’s not what I needed for. But for the price it was perfect for me.

> 3 dayI needed an extra monitor for my WFM (work from home) and this does the job. Not very complicated, simple and user friendly. Good buy.

> 3 dayPrimary use for monitor is to display spreadsheets and databases. Text is crisp. Dialed down the brightness significantly (from 52 to 28.) After tying in to the PC, reset the monitor to get the display to sync picture size to the monitor as I was missing about 1/4 of the display. After the reset, perfect. I use it for 8-10 hours every day and it does extremely well for my purposes. Has a better picture than my older (4 years old) 27 AOC monitor that sits next to it. Another good product from LG.
