> 3 dayNovember 8, 2020 Update: So I bought another monitor to march the one I bought earlier mainly for working at home. Unlike the first time I purchased this, this one seemed like it was a return or refurbished item. Why? Well the packaging wasnt as neat as you can see from the pictures. Though the monitor was secure in the foam pieces, it was not fully covered by the wrapping. Also, the parts were just in the box. The CD wasnt even in a sleeve! The monitor works which is a good thing but I have to wonder how long it will work if this wasnt really new. --- I just started gaming a bit and wanted to use my monitor also for my ps4 so everything was together. The monitor itself is great. I dont have any issues with my game play or color being messed up or dead pixels as of yet. The only gripes I have is that it doesnt automatically detected the video source so I have to constantly switch back and forth between HDMI1 and HDMI2. A hassle but not a deal breaker. I also has a limited amount of plug ins (2 HDMI, 1 DVI, and an audio jack). I really wish it has a couple usb plugs but also not a deal breaker. For the price, I really am happy with monitor.

> 3 dayWhat is there to like: excellent price, great value, no dead pixels, easy to setup. Only one minor negative, balancing the color is tricky. It seemed to have too low a gamma and too bright a green out of the box. Took some testing and trial and error until I got it balanced out. Once it was, has been rock solid.

> 3 dayExcellent 144hz, compact, LG quality. What can I say? Not disappointed at all. No dead pixels. Easily survived a trip in my suitcase across the world using the styrofoam it came in to surround it. Been very pleased with LGs monitor as of late, even have a 4k monitor that im using right now that is gorgeous. I just wish i could have a lower brightness level for extremely dark rooms, but other than that - super happy!

> 3 dayI would 100 percent recommend this monitor, it feels great and looks pretty good as well, Im gonna get straight to the point. This monitor is good for gaming but the color accuracy is very poor, its not so bad that I wouldnt buy it again but it was bad enough out of the box to where I had to change the gamma correction and turn up the digital vibrance in Nvidia control panel, just to make it at least decent colors for gaming. Over i would give this a 4.8/5 stars and would recommend. The 144hz also feels GREAT.

> 3 dayI am an avid gamer. And using this monitor for the first time was just a wonderful experience. The joystick OSD feature is something I will never forget at this price-point. It really does make it so much easier to change settings. Speaking of settings, you get a wide variety of settings with this monitor, from Response time, Freesync toggles, and MBR!!. The pixel response time on this monitor is too good to be true. Coming from a VA panel (AOC C24G1 144hz) This monitor beats that one in a heartbeat. Ghosting is non existent with this monitor, I havent noticed ghosting at all actually. However, Corona Artifacts AKA Overshoot is noticeable with the highest Response Time setting. But that doesnt keep this monitor from being one of my favorites. If you are wondering why I gave this 4 stars, its mostly because of the stand. I have seen better stands, and this stock one is pretty bad for adjustability. But spend about 40dollars on a VESA mount and you are all set. Thank you LG for making a good 144hz monitor, and one much better than AOCs!!
