Poor stitching

While I find the product to be true to its pictures, I was disappointed because it was smashed when I opened the package. Box wasnt damaged, nothing else was damaged so the purse must have been smashed before they packed it. I tried to use my hands to fix it. The base of the purse was crumpled, and i just couldnt imagine getting it to look normal.

I like the outside pockets and just enough room inside for everything I need

Love the size, supple leather, plenty of pockets and zippers.

The purse is really nice and I love the design and the space. My only problem is that the top zipper, the one you use the most, is hard to zip. It does not zip smoothly at all and you need to manipulate the purse and zipper to get it to close. The other 2 zip beautifully so I dont know what the problem is but it is very annoying to have to fight with it to zip it.

Perfect, exactly what I was looking for. Leather is beautiful, lots of pockets, great length, but not cross-body.
