> 24 hourSo far I love this laptop. Super fast, picture is great, and love the fingerprint sign in. Cant beat the quality for the price either. Ive always had HP computers, but after purchasing this Lenovo, might never go back.

> 24 hourIt felt cheaply made and wasnt worth over $640, it wasnt backlit and because of the sharp edges around the base it was extremely uncomfortable to use...you agreed to a return but I cant afford to pay shipping and would like to ask that you send me a label for outside the package to return?

> 24 hourLaptop died before trip. Didnt want to spend a lot right now. Use for finance, email contact and gaming. Good value and working thus far. Wife researched before purchase.

> 24 hourMainly bought this for online classes and to run data analysis software on it. Works great! Screen is a little on the cheaper side (its one of those screens you have to tilt back to get a decent viewing angle) but its not really a concern for the purpose i use it for. I purchased the 17in model so the screen is large and works great with multiple open windows. Keyboard feels a little weird not much travel to the keys but again not a big concern. Don’t really game on it but I did download a few STEAM games and they worked and ran great. The processor handles them no problem. Mine came with WINDOWS 11 which I have grown to like (great multi-tasking features!) I think it’s a great mid-range laptop that’s great for students and office work. Might be a good choice for casual/amateur gamers that want to get into gaming without paying $1200+ but definitely invest in a keyboard and mouse if you’re trying to be serious about your gaming. Like I mentioned before the built in keyboard is on the cheaper side.

> 24 hourI ordered this laptop to replace my 11 year old Lenovo desktop that was struck by lightning! I wanted the convenience of a laptop and a Lenovo laptop in particular because I was very happy with my former Lenovo desktop. I’ve been using the laptop for about a month now and have been very pleased with it. The screen quality is more than satisfactory and I appreciate the resistance of the keyboard keys as I am an old-fashioned “touch typist”. I was also pleased with the price as I expected to pay a lot more than I did. Thanks Amazon and Lenovo!

> 24 hourI needed to get rid of my (old) desktop computer and wanted a laptop for so long. This laptop far exceeded my expectation and Im so happy that I finally made the switch. The screen is giant, but the unit itself is super slim, unbelievable... I can now travel with it and watch movies wherever I want on an amazing screen, instead of on my notebook.

> 24 hourI have no idea who is saying this laptop is decent but it is a line of CRAP. Was given this as a gift from mom on her Prime account. If all you do is Word processing - then this will work fine for you.

> 24 hourNice large screen, without being too heavy. Ive bought Lenovo before, and felt confident buying another. However, Im getting frustrated with the tendency of this laptop to glitch, especially the touch pad. I regularly (sometimes every couple of minutes) have to stop working because the touch pad becomes unresponsive. I have to wait anywhere from 10-60 seconds for it to work again.
