It works really well for personal use

I bought this for school. It is fast and no complaints.

Needed a new laptop as the last 2 hps have crashed. A friend recommended Lenovo, so I went with this model. Great price and suits my small home office needs. transfer of files went easily, it automatically connected itself to the printer, and all the software I have was easily transferred. Very happy with the product!

This laptop is perfect for my use. Well- constructed. I did turn off the Windows S mode, which was a simple process. I would buy again.

S mode issues and not a good product

Love my laptop. It’s very lightweight. Only ONE thing I have to complain about; I don’t care for the speakers being in the bottom of the laptop. A different placement for that would have been perfect. Other than that I love it. Great laptop for the price.
