Lenovo Chromebook C330 2-in-1 Convertible Laptop, 11.6 HD Display, MediaTek MT8173C, 4GB RAM, 64GB Storage, Chrome OS, Blizzard White

I loved my chromebook the last time i bought from this computer (via Amazon). So when my screen cracked, I tried to order the exact same one I had before. First, they sent the wrong color (I paid more for the white). Also, the speakers are absolutely horrible. Since I still have the old one to compare, its easy to tell that the speakers are completely different quality. Im suspecting I was sent a refurbished computer.

Works great. I do not use it for gaming so I cannot base any part of my review on that. However, I do not believe chrome books are meant to be gaming computers

Bought this Chromebook for my daughter for Christmas Dec 17, 2018 online through bestbuy.com. Picked it up on Dec 21 and went into service December 25, 2018 (as it was a Christmas gift). Worked flawlessly for the past year until December 20, 2019 when my daughter came to me and said she couldnt get her Chromebook to power on. After 2 hours of my own attempts/internet search to try to understand the problem, determined it was dead. There appear to be other, similar power issues on other models and Lenovo Chromebook products. Contacted Lenovo support to request service to find out warranty was just out of expiration. Appealed with Lenovo support via email politely to honor the warranty and service given circumstances. They offered to sell an extended warranty ($79) when I could replace it for less than $200. Theyve drawn a hard line to not cover the product so this will have been both the first, and last Lenovo product I will buy.

The computer arrived with issues with loading webpages and videos. After about 3 weeks of struggling with this computer, I reached out to Amazon to get connected to a Lenovos customer service representative. The rep had me troubleshoot several times but nothing worked. Finally, he asked me to pay for shipping to send the laptop for repair. I was so done with this piece of junk that I refused to pay for shipping for a machine that has caused me nothing but trouble from the get-go! Luckily, since I had it for less than a month, the Amazon rep took over and issued me a full refund. Lenovo will never have my money again!

The keyboard & touchscreen are great. The touchpad is actually functional! Best of all, the battery life is amazing. But the o/s sucks! Cant adjust the screen resolution to play my addictions. Face it devs, we buy these things for our games first, jobs second. The settings give you so few options that you actually need to use the help file. But the help file must be for an older, more functional version. It gives you commands for things that dont exist. For example, it needs a hardware accelerator to play some games. Help tells you to enable it. But it doesnt exist. They dont respond to questions either. This is now an expensive toy for my grandkids. Not happy.

Out of no where it stopped connecting to wifi. It will not search for a network and is totally useless for me now. I bought it in February but didnt start using it until 2 weeks ago! Please someone reach out to me and help me make this right.

This Lenovo Chromebook C330 2-in-1 Convertible Laptop worked wonderfully on my cross country flight. The battery did not deplete. Screen sharpness is excellent. Does what is advertised. Easily hook up to the internet using your google account or sign in as a guest to surf, which is a better option for security in a hotel. Light weight and easily fits into a small backpack. I would purchase this again if needed.

Several months in and no complaints. I adore my Chromebook and for the price Im totally impressed and happy with my purchase!

Very fragile cracked screen less than 6 months.

Absolutely love this chrome book. I use it every day and its fast, compact, light and fits all my needs. Excellent value for the money. I bought this a few months ago and wanted to put it through a few paces before I wrote a review and for the money you can not go wrong.
