Great little cart for all the art supplies that I use frequently and easy to roll beside my chair while working. I purchased extra black hooks that are normally used to go over coat hangers and they fitted over the edges perfectly!

Legs and poles are metal, trays and clips are plastic. Nice sturdy rolling wheels (seem to be good quality). Overall I am happy with this purchase. I am using it for my quilting supplies.
