Great design, quality, and stability!

I was just looking for something to hold my tablet so I could use it for videos, reading, etc on my desk as if it is a monitor. The tablet stand is heavy and made of ~1/8 thick cast aluminum (?). It has a single hinge. It is not a portable design. The finish on the fingers which hold the tablet is a little imperfect but there is nothing wrong with its function.

Product is as advertised. Upon initial opening, i thought the stand looked small, however, it works exceptionally, and is extremely well built and sturdy. Would recommend.

This is a well built stand, but Ive found that when I use my Kindle Fire in portrait mode it is too easy to knock over. So I now hold onto one side of the device while using the stand in portrait mode...kinda defeats the purpose of using a hands-free stand. All in all, it is a solid stand for smaller devices. I have not found any stability problem while using my Kindle Fire in landscape mode.

It is very sturdy and durable.
