Needed a sturdier iPad stand for my desk, the fold-out plastic stand I was using was too unstable. This one is strong metal with a buffed finish. The hinge has a good range of motion and holds its position well. I bought two of these, one for a 1st generation iPad in portrait orientation. The slot at the bottom is wide enough for the original apple connector. Works well for exactly what I need it for.

The unit is large enough to handle a large iPad with the adjustment to move the viewing angle to accommodate your visual access. My wife uses it in the kitchen for recipes off the internet and I use it with coffee in the morning to update the daily news events while leaving hands free.

This is second purchase of a Lamicall. The first one in black and a second in silver. Stand has been perfect for FaceTime calls and Zoom meetings on iPhone these past few weeks of “Staying at Home”. It’s also been great for watching videos on iPad. Stand is sturdy and highly portable. Thank you Amazon for amazingly fast deliveries!

Works great

This stand is well designed. It works perfectly with my IPhoneX or my iPad. Whether I am talking on FaceTime or reading, the tilt can be easily adjusted to fit my need.
