Bought this product with my new Seagate Portable 4TB HD. It came packaged well, and was easy to open. The hard shell seems protective enough for my hard drive, and there is extra padding in the inside, as well as some pockets for memory cards and cords. Its also great because I can plug the drive in without having to take it out of the case. The only semi-complaint I have is about the loop to clip to ... I will never clip it to anything so It just is like an unnecessary appendage. But if you will be clipping it to something then it should work great!

I have not drop tested this with an external hard drive in it and I dont plan to either.. lol.. It looks great though and I have put my external in it to travel to customers. I feel much better with this and the construction of it gives me confidence that if I were to drop my external hard drive with it in this case, it would offer some protection against damage. Not sure if it would completely prevent a head crash but I believe it would help.

Works great for my Seagate external, great for keeping everything together too and you cant really argue with the price point. $9 when I bought it.

Great quality. I travel a lot with lots of content on my hard drive and I feel much safer traveling with it in this case. 2tb western digital fits perfectly.
