Its the perfect size to hold my external hard drive and it even has room to hold a couple of flash drives as well. Definitely a win for a college student.

i thought the case would have been made from a more harder material....feels like stiff cardboard protection...can still be crushed inside a suitcase with clothes...outta layer seems to be slightly water resistant atleast

The zipper was quite stiff and one of the elasticated bands that holds the hard drive in place pulled away from the stitching after the first use. Aside from that it is a good hard shell case and works for me. If you order one, be aware that you will wait 3-4 weeks to receive it from China.
