Hands down my favorite diapering product. Things I’ve learned: 1) the ugliest blowouts and stickiest poo don’t hold up against this stuff. Apply to baby/toddler’s bum and tender regions generously to ward off evil. With this stuff, it all wipes off the skin like a dream. 2) baby’s skin is happier, healthier and moisturized when this product is regular rotation. The barrier it creates between your child’s skin and his/her mess is truly a blessing. No chemicals or harsh ingredients! 3) if your child spends time at day care, like mine, it’s possible they may eventually experience diaper rash. So, when this happens don’t apply to broken, irritated skin - give your little a break. Use your pediatrician recommended OTC diaper rash cream to heal then get this back on the bum as soon as skin is fully healed. We had a month long diaper rash battle when my son’s skin adjusted to wipes only at daycare. This is a great product. We’ve been using it for 15 months - since I brought my son home from the hospital!

Do yourself and favor and just get the large refills. I wasn’t expecting the bottle to be as small as it was but man! I swear on my babies bottom this stuff is effective! Baby boy is now 9 months and very active, so there’s quite a bit of rubbing going on and it keeps his skin nice and hydrated without being oily. If he’s red anywhere in his diaper area we apply, and by the next diaper change it is substantially less red if at all. MAGIC!

My daughter has the most sensitive skin and this helped clear her eczema in her diaper area. She also had a stomach bug and had 4 BMs in row which gave her a rash, after applying this cream, within the next couple of hours it already looked better.

This diaper rash cream has been our go-to - we havent needed anything else. Whenever baby gets a rash, we slather this on and by the next diaper change, theres a marked improvement! Its like a miracle. It seems to soothe baby as well. A little goes a long way, which is a bonus!

one application pretty much knocks out any developing rash. my dogs ate an entire jar while i wasnt looking and didnt get sick as well so there is also that.

Super subtle smell. Nice and smooth like butter. Works within an hour on my child! Or at least by the next diaper change. Great product.

We use cloth diapers with baby and this ointment has been awesome for any rash she gets while also saving our diapers from harm.
