> 3 dayI purchased a KYY 4K monitor (3820x2160) for my personal use around the house or on the road (flexgate got my 2017 MacBook Pro [MBP]). But for my daughter in college, I got her this inexpensive, yet excellent monitor from the same manufacturer. Like my first KYY monitor, this one is well-built, lightweight, and simple to use for her dorm room or the library (it might be a little too much for a classroom or lecture hall). The monitor does not have an internal battery and the power cable is a little too short in my opinion; however, when I connect the included USB-C cable to her MBP, she was able to get about three hours of use before her MBP battery died (it’s an old battery). KYY’s awesome customer service reached out to me after my purchase and asked for any suggestions. I told them that I’d like to see a VESA mount for when not mobile; a longer power cord; and an internal battery. Even without these conveniences, my daughter is still able to do what she needs to do off the MBP battery. If KYY rolls out another monitor with the above features at their reasonable prices, I’ll purchase from them again.

> 3 dayI desperately needed a portable external monitor for traveling. I build training courses and travel often, so I need a second monitor when Im in a hotel working on projects. This portable monitor was perfect for that situation. Its light, easy to set up, comes with a nice cover/case that doubles as the stand. Fits in my backpack/bag with my laptop and comes with all the cables for the various connections I might need. My only wish is it was touch screen, but at this price point it is more than enough to fit my needs.

Greater than one weekI travel with this and use it at home when I work remote. It’s a great quality and only requires the USB-Cable when my laptop is plugged in!

> 3 dayI have this for a year now. It’s works fine. I used this in my two recent trips outside the US and I did not encounter problems using it. I have this in my carry-on luggage, no issues going through TSA (it’s like tablet). The screen is also wider than my laptop so I typically used this at home as tertiary extended monitor.

> 3 dayI bought this a year ago since I work remote and travel a lot - this was the best quality I could find for the lowest weight. It has served me well, but within one month the USB-C port stopped working for anything but power - it would not transfer picture. For that first month it was great because I only needed the one chord, but since then I have needed a power chord and the mini-HDMI-to-HDMI chord (which you cant find in tech stores by the way, only on Amazon). About 6 months after purchase, I started to notice that the picture chord would only work if held a certain way, so I always had to prop something extra under the connected chord to get a picture. And finally today, 11 months after purchase, the picture stopped transferring altogether - Ive tried both chords I have now its just a nice big paperweight. I think Ill buy it again because it was very useful for that year, this time I will just use the support as soon as something stops working so hopefully I can keep it fixed within the warranty.

> 3 dayUPDATE: Kathy was extremely helpful in getting the issue resolved. She made this customer extremely appreciative and happy! 5-Stars on customer service. I travel a lot for work, so I needed something light and easy to carry. This fits the size and weight requirements. The picture quality is good, the unit is easy to put in a laptop bag, and the single USB-C cable was a plus for data and power. However, no matter what I tried, the phone will not see this as an external display. I have a Google Pixel 5a, maybe the phone is the issue, but I cant find how the phone is the issue. Recently, the USB-C ports stopped working. I have replaced the cable, and still no luck in getting it to work. I am now connected via the HDMI cable with the power cord to get it to work. Summary. Until this issue has been rectified, I cant recommend this to any one. I will reach out to the seller to see if they can replace the unit. I will update this review once I have more information.

> 3 dayPleased with this monitor for the most part as far as the quality for the price, I paid, and the convenience of being able to travel back-and-forth with my laptop and have two monitors. The only complaint I have is the case that doubles as a stand, although it works great to protect the monitor when traveling it does not work that well to hold it up works better with just a regular cell phone stand

> 3 dayBought the monitor for my mini pc with Vega 10 GPU. Like: - Image quality (see photo) - Refresh rate keeps up with the games I play - Portable - Menu system very simple to use - HDMI connector - USB-C power connector - 2nd USB-C for input Could use improvement - Speakers (on the sides) not very clear or loud though that maybe because I use hearing aids - HDR turned on just seems to dim the screen and isnt recognized by the Vega 10 GPU

> 3 dayI received my first order on time but the screen was cracked, I was able to get an automatic refund and RE-ordered the same product and got my new dual screen the next day. Wasn’t a stressful process. Screen: This dual screen is large, easy to install, picture quality is amazing and super thin in design. It’s exactly what I needed for traveling and needing more that one screen. I do recommend getting a tempered screen protector because the screen feels like it can easily crack. Overall 4.6 out of 5 stars cause it’s not touchscreen, but it does exactly what’s it’s supposed too.
