Um...this product is life changing! My boys (5 & 2) love to draw in the car. I kept putting off purchasing though I thought it was something they would really like to have. I finally decided to purchase a couple for our 7 hour road trip. I paid extra to get it to us overnight in time for our trip. I was traveling by myself with the boys and needed all the help I could get. It was worth every penny! Not only did they use it for drawing and coloring, it made a great TV tray (for those who remember those), that helped while eating on the road. We love them!

This product is great for kids who are no longer in a car seat. My daughter tried it and it was great, however none of my kids in car seats could use it like shown in the picture. I made the strap that goes around the headrest as short as possible and it still hung too low. My son is in a booster seat and it still hung too low. It would be great for kids who are not in carseats. It is very sturdy, has a great work surface, and we loved all the little pockets. It folds up great too, which makes it great for on the go. They just need to design it to sit higher in order to make room for car seats.

It was mostly used to place my childrens Amazon tablet.. the measurement on how it sits on their lap was too low for them to use for writing or coloring.

I love this product, its such a great idea! Gives me a second option besides listening to kids songs or having them watch a DVD. My kids are 4 and 6 and are at a stage where they love to draw so this is perfect for them. I used try and take coloring books and a separate container for markets and crayons but this helps me keep my messy car organized and gives them sort of a table to draw/color on. I also put a few of their small action figure and lego toys in here thats lying around the car. It can hold my sons ipad too instead of him holding it during road trips too close to his face. With two boys, sometimes they want to watch separate things so I have them watch their ipad instead of the car DVD player. Updated 10-4-16 My 6 year son also likes to carry this around as a portable art supply organizer!

Works very well for a travel table. It held up nicely for our road trip and my kids were able to use it as a table for eating and coloring etc. my only complaint is that it is VERY difficult to zip. We had a portable DVD player on the head rest and ended up just holding it up by putting it under the player during bathroom breaks. Zipping was too frustrating and couldn’t even be done by adults.

We purchased this in preparation for our 13 hour drive from Michigan to myrtle beach for our 2.5 year old son. He absolutely loved it as did we!! He could put all his cars and trucks in front of him and had a nice area to play on. He was able to color, play with all his toys, use those wood puzzle boards and toward the end place a DVD player on it to watch movies. This was the first time he used a dvd player and he thought it was pretty awesome. The player sat perfectly on the fold down tray. I dont know if the trip would have went so smoothly without it. I also live 1.5 hours from my parents and so we are in the car alot. Im very excited to have this for those drives because a lot of times it is just me driving so if our son drops something its very difficult for me to get it for him. Now hell have a spot to put all his toys versus on his lap. I will definitely recommend this product to family and friends!

Great for long car rides. Holds a tablet so kid can watch tv, as well as compartments for activities. The only drawback is it doesnt sit very well in the kid’s lap. It’s still a workable surface for them; it’s just way out in front of them instead of snugly in the lap.

I purchased this for my 2 year old daughter and LOVE it. Not only does it provide a storage solution and a surface on which to play or be creative on, but the sleeve for the tablet is absolute genius. It puts the device my daughter is watching in the perfect location and prevents all of the accidental button presses that happen and have to be fixed by a grown up all too often. The plastic cover still allows you to adjust the volume and control the device without taking it out of the sleeve-as I said, genius!!! We have used the sleeve for an iPad, a tablet and several different iPhones. I have been looking for something like this since my 8 year old son was born. In fact, he loves his sisters so much that he wants me to order one for him!

This has been very helpful. My son hates long car rides and would always complain or ask over and over are we there yet. But since I installed this Ive had zero complaints hes too busy drawling or coloring to notice.. It was easy to install and surprisingly stays in place. My only wish was that it came out a little farther even with the chair all the way back my son still has to lean forward,slightly awkward.

I originally bought something from Walmart that I thought would work for my 4 year old son and it was horrible. You couldnt use it to color or play with and a waste of 12$. I saw this floating through my feed on Facebook and clicked and then went to Amazon and ordered this. We drive 6 and a half hours to go visit my husband every three weeks where he is working and 6 and a half hours back. My son loves this. Uses it to color on as well as play with his cars in the car. And he stores his kindle in it. Definitely a must have if you go on long trips.
