Key Fob Keyless Entry Remote Shell Case & Pad fits Honda Accord Civic Pilot (KR55WK49308, MLBHLIK-1T, N5F-S0084A)

I bought a Honda Pilot but it only came with a valet key and a remote. I later found out the remote used to be a key but the blade broke off! I only found this out after paying $180 to have a new key made at the dealership. So I took a chance and bought this... When I got it I took apart the old one and transferred the circuit board, but found that it didnt quite fit right and wasnt getting power from the battery. Thankfully the old housing and buttons fit right in this new shell! I ended up taking the blank key back to the Honda dealership to have them cut it using my VIN. The guy at the parts counter told her it was $25 to cut the key. Once he realized this was an aftermarket key, he warned me it might not work and said because of that he wouldnt charge me. Well... IT WORKED! So for around $14 total after getting a new battery, I managed to get myself a second key for my Pilot! Im very pleased with this key blade and shell!

I just used my old inserts inside here and it fit perfect for my Honda pilot 2012

Took it down to local hardware store and had it cut. It works perfectly!

I had ordered it to replace my Honda Accord key as I had remote working fine on my old key only outer part was broken. I believe that blade width was litter thicker on this one so I decided not use this

It was almost impossible to get the buttons back in the work, so I just replaced the back with the original piece.
