I have used this tape for everything. I noticed in reading the reviews that a lot of people were upset when it pulled the paint off the walls. I have not had this issue but I recommend not to get in a hurry and just jerk the item off the wall. My walls have semi gloss paint on them. I think that is a plus versus flat or satin paint. The surface is smoother and easier to adhere to. If you are going to hang things in the bathroom use Command hooks, steam and heat is not this or any double-side tapes friend. Ive hung posters, 8x10 frames and up as well as canvases. Just take your time, press well and ease stuff gently away and you wont have issues.

I’m not going to lie I bought this after watching a video from “The Action Lab” demonstrating “nano tape”. He didn’t say it was this brand or listing specifically, but I could tell after I received this that this is the same if not similar tape. Where this tape excels is preventing sliding motions. I guess you could use it to hang pictures. Some people have said it removes paint. I used this to hold different things on my desk in place to prevent sliding and it works great. I have an IKEA cheap desk and it doesn’t pull anything up with it when I lift it. I also used it to keep a sofa from sliding on our vinyl floor when people try to sit down. It’s also fun to play with if you are weird like me.

Folks, it works great! It’s durable. Do NOT use on painted walls. It will take the paint off. The box says so but for some reason people are not realizing it.

Its a solid product! Its not perfect, but when applied well theres a great chance it will be the solution you need. Its sticky but not too sticky. Its adhesive but not too adhesive. The material is soft but not squishy, firm but not hard. I have several pictures and paintings hanging and they are firmly in place, and the clear tape holding it to the wall doesnt catch your eye at all. It also peels off the wall VERY well and doesnt pull paint off, unless you rip it off the wall carelessly. Great double sided tape. Its worth it. I wont be using any other tapes. If this doesnt hold it to the wall... I should be using screws & anchors or nails.
