Smelt really bad when I received it, but I liked the case enough that it wasnt a huge deal. I let it air out for like a week and it was fine.

Bought the item with the intent for it to last long and not have to purchase another case for a while. Anyways, Ive had the case for about 5 months now and it had served its purpose wonderfully. The corner of my laptop where the zipper had to go over was very tight to begin with (I have an MSI 17 in GE62) and over time stretching the zipper just a little around the corner made the zipper lining come off. A little disappointed but I guess I will have to purchase the 19 inch since it seems like the 17 inch runs a little small for mid sized laptops. (Havent tested with any Apple products, those are slimmer than my laptop model so they may work better).

After just a few months of use, the inner zipper broke, but the outer one still works and the product was not expensive so I am not returning it.

The case is just like the pictures and the descriptions! I personally loved it, but it was a little heavy.

LOVE IT. So soft on the inside, colors are super pretty and accurate (same color as the picture)

Quite small case. Feels like its made for super thin laptops. I have a pretty standard size 15inch Asus laptop but it barely fits. Cant cary cords or anything else.

Very nice quality. My daughter loves it.

I like the color, the quality and the portability

This was a tight fit for my laptop i think the designer had MacBook air in mind not full size Dell gaming laptops. Also there is not that much protective padding as i would want and a little water resistance.
