> 24 hourI’ve had this one for about 2 years. Extremely solid construction and extremely stable after 2 years. It relies on solely on friction to hold it’s shape so I was worried that the joints would get loose over time and start flopping around, but this never happened: in exchange, the joints are necessarily stiff to adjust it to shape (I would imagine that, if you happened to get a bad one, it would be too stiff to move). The one problem with these are the silicone pads used (1) keep the metal from sliding one the surface and (2) prevent metal-on-metal contact from scratching your device. The only things holding the pads to the metal is a gummy glue: over time, as it gets dirty, these stop sticking and the pads can fall off and get lost. The pads protecting the bottom of your screen from the hooks under it are held on by friction and can fall off if they get brushed the wrong way or if they stretch over time.
