IT ALSO ALLOWS ONE TO RAISE THE HEIGHT OF THE IPAD TO A MUCH HIGHER VIEWING LEVEL ABOVE THE TOP OF THE DESK THAN MOST OTHER AND ALLOWS MULTIPLE ADJUSTMENTS OF THE ANGLE OF VIEWING. THE ONLY DRAWBACK IS THAT IS IT HEAVIER THAN THE OTHERS AND NOT PARTICULARLY USEFUL TO TRAVEL AROUND WITH IF ONE IS ENDEAVORING TO KEEP THE WEIGHT DOWN. I THINK THE SACRIFICE OF LIGHTNESS IS THE PRICE ONE MUST PAY FOR STURDINESS. ALL IN ALL, AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT AND I AM HAPPY TO HAVE IT.
