Love this heavyweight aluminum stand with two joints to adjust height and angle. I am using with my 13 Dell 2-in-1 laptop screen. Good height for use with stylus in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom makes editing much easier, and lightweight for travel. Only drawback is that it is a little bulky for packing, but comes in a durable carrying bag to offset this disadvantage and minimizes catching an edge on a computer case or knapsack. Only slight negative on versatility rating is that the bottom holder for the laptop or tablet is a little wider than mine, so will have to find some sort of padding to add to the pads provided. Item came with an extra set of rubber pads for the frame that holds the tablet in place (a nice touch).

Yes, its very sturdy and stable, but perhaps too much so, making it difficult to adjust. Also, I have a case on my Microsoft Sufrace Go, preventing it from fitting on this stand on three of the sides. Therefore, I am unable to use it as intended in portrait mode. Oh, and its welded crooked so the left side sits slightly higher than the right. Overall, just okay. Will probably return for a different item.

i purchased this to be able to use it as a stand for my 12.9 iPad pro 2nd gen both for viewing and for writing. It works great. The fact that it has two different angles you can adjust the stand from allows for more versatility in the way you can use it. The carrying case and additional rubber guards are an added bonus. Its not too heavy and its sturdy. Overall Im very pleased with my purchase and i recommend it.

Solid construction and just what I wanted.

Bought it for my wife to use with her 12.9” iPad Pro and it does hold it well in either landscape or portrait position. She wanted her iPad to be up a little higher in order to have the camera view for online connecting to be in a less unflattering position. Although the stand does not raise the iPad significantly she can set it on a stable book or box to make it higher - therefore, she says it works very well for her needs and is an affordable option. The Kabcon does not interfere with the iPad cord so she can leave it plugged in no matter how she uses the stand. We looked at a LOT of stands and read reviews, she was concerned that it would not work well because the iPad needs to be in a very upright position (not leaning back) and this Kabcon stand is very stable so she can have her iPad sitting almost straight upright and it will not be in danger of falling over. If she uses the Kabcon with her iPad in landscape position she does not have to remove the iPad from the case but her case is quite thick so she does have to remove it if she uses it in the upright (portrait) position. Her case is not only thick on the one side but it is also a rather heavy case and the Kabcon can hold it and the iPad with ease and without becoming unstable. It arrived in a secure box, well packaged, and comes in its own little carrying case, too. It folds up into the case making it convenient for travellers.
