It fits my VW Atlas 2nd row seats Perfectly, it keeps my son from laying his head on the window.

These worked well for my kids during a long road trip. The head rests allowed them to sleep without their heads bobbing all over the place. They were a little tricky to install, but easy enough once I figured out what I was doing.

I have a daughter who loves to fall asleep during car rides at anytime of the day. She is old enough to not need naptime, however, whenever she gets in my truck she falls asleep. She sits in a booster seat and her neck would hang low whenever she passed out. I started searching Amazon to see what I could find. I found this item and decided to give it a try. It worked wonderfully. My daughter even moves the headrest herself whenever she feels like falling asleep on long car rides. They are adjustable and can be put back so that it would not be sticking out/in the way. They match the seats of my truck and it is the perfect fit. I highly recommend this product to any parent or guardian because you would not have to worry about your child’s neck hanging and flopping around.

I pulled my headrest off to install the cross-piece. It is much stronger than expected. My daughter is tall so we can’t use them all the way down, no problem as they are adjustable and the halfway down position works great. People looking for full neck support are missing the point of this product. We moved to a booster seat and our daughter would fall asleep and have zero support. Now she has this, problem solved. If you want safety rated support then stay in a high back car seat/booster.

Hard to install that waist me too much time. Used is okay. My kid feels good. And it’s adjustable.

The headrest posts are too far apart for this to fit the 2021 RAM 1500 Quad Cab. I can usually force things together but this was just too far off. I did not measure before buying and I did not see this truck listed as one that it doesnt fit.

When my grandson gets sleepy he can rest his head. Also works to keep the seatbelt off his neck

This would be great except that it came missing two of the main pieces sneezed to install! The balance bar and the screws to install this were just not in the box that was delivered at all. I’m disappointed and hope they will fix this for me since I want to be able to use this product. That being said, the head pads are nice quality and seem comfortable I just can’t review this fully since it was sent incomplete.
