> 24 hourThis (nearly) 10x10 sketchbook is my SUPER FAVE book. The paper is sturdy enough for mixed media, and its sewn in. And its a fat 190 pages. Im coming back to this one for my new sketchbook - and I have another one I work in for extra paint experiments in the home studio. Ive gone through 4 jumbo square books already, and 2 or 3 midsized books, and one small one. I alternate with other sizes and brands for variety, but this is still my fave. From other reviews people have mentioned that ink will bleed through the paper some - I can confirm this is true, but I tend to like that effect so it doesnt bother me at all - and I love the fact that there are so many pages while still maintaining enough sturdiness to paint and collage on. Repeated watery media not recommended. Super good!

> 24 hourGreat journal to keep track of your progress... I love these journals. They went up in price a little recently, but I will probably still purchase as there is nothing on the market that quite compares..!!

> 24 hourPrompt shipping, and the product is adequate. Sturdy binding, nice feel, and the tooth of the paper is really smooth. Ink doesnt feather on the paper. It is, however, a little bit on the thin side, so Id recommend putting a stronger paper behind the page youre working on if you dont want markers to bleed through to two fresh pages. Otherwise, its my favorite sketchbook.

> 24 hourI have tried many different brands of sketchbooks over the years. Seawhite is now my favorite for graphite and pen. The paper has perfect tooth for maintaining the clarity of graphite line-work. The paper can also hold a good amount of graphite for creating layers. Its also great to pen work. The sketchbook is very solidly built. I love the square format. Great Product.

> 24 hourContacted seller. The paper and binding are strudy and good for pen and ink and light water color but the packaging and handling was a problem.

> 24 houri ordered this sketchbook because an artist i follow online uses these and recommended them. i really love the square format and the size (10”) - it’s hard to find square sketchbooks and rarely can i find them in the 10” size. (most are 8” or smaller.) so i was excited to finally find this available to order via amazon. i love the hardcover binding. it’s a very good looking sketchbook. and i love that it’s so big, 96 pages! my only disappointment is that the paper is not super great for acrylic paint, which is what i generally use sketchbooks for. the description clearly says that it is cartridge paper, which i think is the british way of saying regular printer paper, so i knew what i was ordering. it’s not advertised as being heavyweight or even really meant for wet media. but i guess since i saw an artist i know who paints using oils and acrylics was using it for a sketchbook, i thought maybe the paper would accept paint better than it does. it’s not awful - i can paint in it and i will use it happily. but because the paper curls a bit and the paint/moisture bleeds through to the back of the paper, i probably won’t paint on the back of each sheet the way i usually do in a sketchbook. so that will make it not quite as big as i hoped. but the large-ish square format is still really helpful so i will keep playing with it. maybe if i prep the pages with gesso or gel medium it will help. (i did not so far do that.) i’m still more or less pleased with it and glad i tried it out. i’m kind of a sketchbook hoarder! lol but i probably won’t order another one in this exact style again. maybe i’ll just use this one more for dry media sketching or even journaling or collaging. (i haven’t tried collaging yet.)
